The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website. Returns and exchanges on items purchased from departmental stores will not be entertained. Kindly refer to individual departmental store's exchange policy.
• We hope that you have enjoyed shopping with us. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our products we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days from the day you received your orders, kindly ensure that the merchandises are in a resalable condition with the original packaging intact. For hygiene purposes, Eurotex will not accept any returns of products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, and/or with traces of fragrance or odours. Eurotex reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that we deem unfit for return. Top-ups are required if items intended for exchange are of a higher price than the original items but no refunds will be made for items of lower price.
• Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and drop the items off at our HQ, 3 Ubi Crescent, Yong Lee Building, #04-01, S(408558) within 7 days from the day you received your orders.
• Strictly no exchange or refund for White goods ie pillows, bolsters, white quilts, toppers, mattress protectors, towels and bath mats.
• Kindly provide your proof of purchase for all exchange and refund matters. All Clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for products once order is placed. Refunds of any monies for products cancelled are entirely within our management’s discretion. In the event that we agree to refund any monies to you, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days via the same payment mode you placed the order after your item is received at the HQ. Customer is liable to send back the purchase to 3 Ubi Crescent, Yong Lee Building, #04-01, S(408558). A refund of item and taxes will be given however shipping for the delivery will not be refunded.
Kindly email your order cancellation request with subject marked as ‘URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST’ to email@example.com. All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the order placed. After which we will not entertain any cancellation request.
